Executive Speak is a course that teaches basic business acumen and how to research a prospect before the sales call. The course is organized by investigation activities, then prediction of what the learner thinks their role and industry’s challenges are, and finally preparing for the call with questions, credibility introductions, and gaining access to the key decision-makers.
