Challenge

Week-long workshops were taking sales reps away from selling for too long. 

Solution

Shorten the 5-day workshop to 2 days by creating pre-work that prepares sales reps for a participant-focused, energetic workshop that is mostly role plays and practice.

Result

The new course was designed around the most common phases of a sales cycle: Engage, Qualify, Advance, and Close. 

We saved our clients travel expenses and increased selling time by three days per person per workshop.
