How to overcome the “Forgetting Curve” where learners quickly forget what was taught them in a highly-anticipated 2-day workshop.
Develop microlearning lessons that reinforce the most important concepts learned in the workshop. Each module is about 5 minutes long, is very mobile-friendly. A new topic is sent each week for 14 weeks.
The microlearning program, coupled with the Manager’s Coaching Guide, helped sales reps successfully apply ValueSelling Framework concepts on the job immediately after the workshop.
